Book Website Design for Jenny Mollen’s Dictator Lunches – Perfect for Cookbook Authors, Parenting Influencers, Viral Content Creators, and Instagram-to-Book Launches Needing Playful, Recipe-Driven Sites.

After collaborating with NYT bestselling author/comedian/influencer, Jenny Mollen, on her personal website, she asked me to create a high-visibility book site for her Dictator Lunches book launch.
The Challenge: Viral IG integration (@dictatorlunches), playful recipe sharing, and tie-in with her novel/podcast launch year. She needed a dedicated, fun site to showcase recipes, share edible art ideas, and integrate her popular feed—beyond her main site.
My Solution: Custom WordPress build with book hero, easy recipe modules, rolling Instagram integration, buy links, and newsletter tools to capture the book’s playful spirit.
Results: Delivered a fun, high-engagement design that supported her major book release and community growth during peak promotion.
Note: Both the main author site (jennymollen.com) and standalone book site (dictatorlunches.com) are no longer active. Jenny is now focused on new ventures.
