Project Description
Lee Woodman approached me to update her website ahead of the publication of her next collection of poems. Her old website wasn’t working for her, was difficult to update, and she wanted a fresh face on a new presence. She was interested in working with someone who has worked with a variety of authors, including poets, and I was delighted to take on the project. Lee wanted an aesthetic that was clean, modern, but also classic and engaging. I was able to use color and fonts that work really well for Lee, but don’t take away from her work.
Clearly Kate has been working with authors for many years. She knows the questions to ask and suggestions to make. It was delightful to hear her positive response when I wanted to add something a bit different. She is upbeat, efficient and a pleasure to know!
