Bill Cross got in touch with me after receiving a referral from another client. He’s an expert in the art of Winslow Homer, and wanted a great website for his new book profiling Homer’s life and work. With such beautiful art to work with we utilized it as backgrounds throughout the site to bring life to the text without sacrificing usability, legibility or clean design. The design also nods to the American thread via the color scheme without being overt about it. I love how this site turned out.
