Project Description

NYT bestselling author and ghostwriter, Erica Florentine, contacted me because she was leveling up and wanted her website to better reference where she is in her career. As a ghostwriter, however, most of her projects are under NDA so she wasn’t sure how to do it. She wrote: “…many of my books are under NDAs and I can’t promote them there. That said, I realize I need something more engaging to send potential ghostwriting clients…”

She had great, new photography to work with, and as a writer with marketing knowledge was able to write some great copy for herself, even if the idea of self-promotion didn’t always make her feel 100% comfortable.

I created a website for her that talks directly to what she does, how it works, how much people love working with her, and the success she’s had without referencing specific projects. It was a wonderful challenge and I think the results will help bring her continued success with her already successful ghostwriting career. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this project.

quote marks I love working with people who are passionate about what they do — and Kate is certainly one of them. From our very first conversation I could tell she would be someone who’d take pride in her work and I was right. My website came out even better than I could have imagined! Kate is a problem-solver for sure. Given my profession as a ghostwriter, I’m not able to talk about most books I work on due to client NDAs so I came to Kate not really knowing what to do. She met my concern with lots of excellent suggestions. Not only do I now have a very aesthetically pleasing site to show potential clients, I also have content on there that will really help me sell my services thanks to Kate’s recommendations. 10/10 experience!
